Three months after they were spotted getting cozy in a Los Angeles restaurant, Simon Cowell admitted on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS FM radio show that, yes, he and Carmen Electra are dating. However, “Mr. Mean” wouldn’t go as far as using the “g” word. After Seacrest referred to the “I Like It Loud” singer as Cowell’s “girlfriend,” the 53-year-old laughed nervously, then replied, “She's not my girlfriend.
